Emergency Services
I offer full 24/7 Emergency Veterinary Services for my active clients only. Unfortunately I can not offer emergency services if you do not have an active client-veterinarian relationship set up ahead of time. To see how to become a client please click here.
I have an answering service that takes calls after hours and transfers your call to the on call veterinarian. Calling the clinic phone number will automatically have your call transferred to the emergency services answering service after hours on the weekend I am away. If you are an active client and have an emergency during the day, please call the clinic. If no one is available to take your call at the clinic, you can get the number to contact the answering service off of my answering machine message. The answering service will then contact the veterinarian and transfer your through to me.
Emergency services for clients include any calls between 5pm and 8:30 am Monday to Thursdays, and from 5pm Friday until 8:30 am Monday morning.
Starting March 1, 2017 I will be instituting a new policy for emergency coverage with the clinic. I will be unavailable the first weekend of every month for emergency coverage and all emergencies are to be referred to service providers whose information may be obtained by calling the answering service at 705-646-6510. You are however, free to seek this care from whomever you feel works best for you and do not have to use the names of the ones provided.
